Tresor’s announcement as a UN Ambassador, follows his recent field trip to Malawi to visit refugee camps.

➡️Just returned from an inspiring and life changing trip in Malawi ,Lilongwe with UNHCR.We spent time in the Dzaleka Refugee Camp which is home to about 35 000 refugees mostly from the DRC ,Burundi ,Rwanda and other trouble regions on the continent. It's really amazing to see people living in extremely hard conditions beaming with so much hope ,faith ,love and positivity despite daily challenges. The camp has been around for 25 years and there is a generation that doesn't know anything beyond the camp since their birth due to restricted movements , but always pushing themselves to be great!I met a young Rwandan lady Who arrived in the camp when she was 2 years old in 1999 and a congolese young man who got married and started a family in the camp few years ago…they both have received scholarships and are relocating to Canada soon to start a whole new life with their loved ones❤️What A Trip!Thank you @unhcrrosa @refugees for your outstanding work with Refugees 💎Truly inspired to be more and do more for our people 🌎 #OneAfrica #Refugees #doitluquluqu
